As a starting point I’d advise to use any other type of chord progression’s that you currently use as you will be familiar with them.

Other ones to look at are:

• Two-chord progressions (Minor and Major).

• Three chord trick progressions.

• Variations on the 3-chord trick.

• Three chord turnarounds (Minor and Major).

• Three chord 4-bar progressions (Minor and Major).

• Three Chord songs in a Minor key

• Three chord 4-bar turnarounds in a minor key

• Four chord song

• Four chord turnaround
